Directions We are located between the A64 (York to Scarborough) and A166 (York to Bridlington) roads:-

From the A64:
Coming along the A64 from York travel through Rillington and then take the second turn on the right signposted for West Lutton. Follow this road for around 7 miles through the village of Wintringham until you get to a T junction. Turn right here and enter the village of West Lutton. Once you are almost through the village the road turns a sharp right bend. Turn left here onto Sheepwalk Lane and we are the last property on the left hand side.

From the A166:
Coming along the A166 from York take a left turn in the village of Fridaythorpe signpsosted for Fimber and Sledmere. Follow this road to Sledmere, where you should turn left opposite the Triton Inn, signposted Luttons. Follow this to a crossroads, turn left and then at the T junction turn left again, entering the village of West Lutton. Once you are almost through the village the road turns a sharp right bend. Turn left here onto Sheepwalk Lane and we are the last propery on the left hand side.

Coming from the South or West:
The A64 round York and from York to Scarborough can be problematic, especially during holiday season and as such if you are travelling from the South or West we would recommend you travel (via the M18 if appropriate) to Howden at M62 junction 37. From there head along the A614 towards Bridlington and Driffield as far as Bainton. Just past Bainton take the B1248 to Wetwang. At Wetwang turn left onto the A166 and then shortly after leaving the village turn right back onto the B1248 signposted for Malton. At the roundabout turn right for Sledmere, where you should turn left opposite the Triton Inn, signposted Luttons. Follow this to a crossroads, turn left and then at the T junction turn left again, entering the village of West Lutton. Once you are almost through the village the road turns a sharp right bend. Turn left here onto Sheepwalk Lane and we are the last propery on the left hand side.
